Subject	in general, whats the best method for dealing with dead AC?

Message	Is it usually safe to assume that the system just needs a recharge of r12? Should you pressure test and then add r12? Any other test that can be done before dumping in the new refridgerant? Antihero These 2530's ain't half bad ;)
